After our role plays on Thursday, we discovered how our target audience would think, feel and act in certain situations.
Our Journey map was based on the emotional journey of our target audience.
We provided a situation before a mentor would be 'introduced' and then another one similar but after a mentor was introduced.
1) The the first journey where we have identified the emotions (feelings) thoughts and actions (doing) of the user before they can get help.
After coming home from uni, they are mostly frustrated, worried, feeling like they need help or
support, feeling isolated and overwhelmed.
2) The second journey/scenario we identified all of the above, after they had made contact with
a 'mentor.'
After a meet-up with a mentor, the user is feeling calm, engaged and listened to. They apply some of what they learned to the situations in the flat, and become more assertive/confident and motivated.
The user was able to put the mentors advice to use in their personal and work life, and towards their assignments.

From here, we made a list of what we have to do next:
1) We need to focus on our identity and brand first, then the touch-points and the logistics of how it
will work.
2) We also brainstormed and identified a few platforms of connection such as website, twitter, radio
and the event. We will need to think about how the audience can find out about the event or the
website etc, and how we identify Mentors and mentees, and how this might work too.
